1) Spirooli spiral slicer:
This genius device is worth every penny. It can be used to turn healthy vegetables into pasta. Say goodbye to wheat pasta and sky-high crab intake. Say hello to incredibly healthy pasta, that tastes the same as wheat pasta, yet has about 1% of the carbs.
We have used the Spirooli with beets, zucchini and squash. The device is extremely easy to use. First, you cut the two ends of the vegetable to get two flat surfaces, and you attach to the spikes on the device. As you spin the lever, out come strands of vegetable that look and feel like pasta.
2) Calphalon anodized nonstick cookware:
