Delicious Chicken Salad
Possibly the tastiest and healthiest salad you have every had Nutrition (per serving) Carbs: 33 g Fiber: 17 g Net carbs: 16 g Calories: 745 Cal Ingredients (per serving) -3 oz fresh spinach -0.5 lb chicken breast -1 cup diced butternut squash -1 avocado -2 oz shawarma seasoning (our favorite is the one by Ziad, see link to the left) Instructions 1) Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, place in a mixing bowl, and coat with shawarma seasoning thoroughly 2) Spray a saucepan with spray vegetable oil, and sauté the chicken until cooked thoroughly 3) Slice the onion, and sauté in a medium saucepan until slightly brown. Mix the onion and chicken 4) Spread the diced butternut squash on a baking pan and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes 5) Dice the avocado 6) Toss the spinach, seasoned chicken, butternut squash and avocado 7) No dressing is needed |
