Chocolate Nut Bar
A mouthwatering blend of nuts, coconut, flaxseed meal and chocolate. A great flourless low-carb alternative to brownies and other desserts. Nutrition (per serving-1/20 of entire dish) Carbs: 15 g Fiber: 8 g Net carbs: 7 g Calories: 357 Cal (A similarly-sized Starbucks brownie has 46g of carbs) Ingredients (per entire dish) - 2 cups of almonds - 2 cups of hazelnuts - 3 cups of walnuts - 11/3 cup flaxseed meal - 2/3 cup shredded coconut - 2/3 cup chocolate chips - 2/3 cup peanut butter - 4 tablespoons of coconut oil - 2 tablespoons of coconut peanut butter (may substitute with peanut butter) - 2 tablespoons of chocolate nut butter (may substitute with peanut butter) Instructions 1) Combine the dry ingredients in a food processor. 2) Then, add the wet ingredients. 3) Top it off with a few coconut flakes and refrigerate for 1 hour before eating. Keep it in the refrigerator and enjoy it throughout the week. |
