A delicious low-carb fusion of Asian vegetables and pesto Nutrition (per serving) Carbs: 46 g Fiber: 15 g Net carbs: 31 g Calories: 610 Cal Ingredients (per serving) -1/4 cup basil pesto -1 lb Asian vegetables (can be found in the frozen aisle) -1 lb zucchini Instructions 1) Using a spiral vegetable slicer (such as the ones shown here), slice the zucchini into strands with the thickness of angel hair pasta.
